Fried Ripe Plantains

Fried Ripe Plantains:

Three plantains (local grocery stores)
2 Cups Oil (frying oil)
All season salt

Cut the ends off the plantains and split the peeling off. Then, split the plantains in half and cut it into the preferred sizes and add 1/8 teaspoon of all season salt. Add two cups of vegetable oil in a frying pan and turn the stove on to medium. Add the plantains and keep turning it until it looks golden brown.  Remove it and allow it to cool off.
Add a little of the hot pepper sauce on a plate with the plantains and enjoy.

Hot Pepper Sauce

 
Ingredients:
Hot peppers
Oil (Olivia, canola, vegetable oil …)
Onion
Cubes
Nuggets smoked salmon
Lawry’s seasoned salt
Garlic salt

Blend a cup of fresh hot peppers with an onion. Turn the stove on to medium and put a frying ban on it. Add half cup of frying oil. Add blended pepper in oil, and then add one tsp. (teaspoon) of all seasoned salt, 1/8 tsp. (teaspoon) of garlic, two ¼ tsp. salt, and one Maggi cube. Stir and cook on medium or lower for about an hour or until fully cooked. when it is done, let it cool off, empty it, and keep in refrigerator. It should look like the above when you are done.
